We
believe in the Word of God and that all the
Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the inspired
Word of God, without error in the original manuscripts,
and are the infallible rule of faith and practice.
We believe that Jesus
Christ is the way, the truth, and the life. There is
salvation in no other name.
We believe that sin
separates man from God and that only through repentance
and a life-changing confession of faith in Jesus Christ
can a person be saved from death to eternal life.
We believe worship of
God should be spiritual. We remain flexible and yielded
to the leading of the Holy Spirit to direct our worship.
We believe worship of
God should be inspirational. We place great importance on
music in our worship.
We believe worship of
God should be intelligent. Our services are designed with
great emphasis upon teaching the Word of God that He
might instruct us how He would be worshipped.
We believe worship of
God should be fruitful. Therefore, we look for His love
in our lives as the supreme manifestation that we have
truly been worshipping Him.
We believe there is
one living and true God, eternally existing in three
persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, equal
in power and glory; that this triune God created all,
upholds all, and governs all.
We believe the only
true basis of Christian fellowship is Christ's love
(agape), which is greater than any differences we possess
and without which we have no right to claim ourselves
Christians.
We believe that God
sees the heart and makes no distinctions based on age,
sex, beauty, race, education, wealth or any other
external characteristic of man.
We believe that our
Heavenly Father is a God of love, grace, mercy and
forgiveness and that He accepts all who come to Him in
repentance, seeking forgiveness of sin and declaring
Jesus Christ as the Lord of their life.
