This CD contains MP3 audio files. MP3 is short for MPEG 1 layer 3, which refers to the type of compression used on the audio file to make it smaller. There are now many hand held "MP3 players" available for purchase that can play the MP3 files on this CD. This means that you can "Download" the MP3 files from this CD to your computer, and then transfer them to your MP3 player and play them on your hand held device.
To download the MP3 files from this CD to your computer, follow the instructions below.

Instead of playing the file, right-mouse-click the "Play Audio" link for the study you want to download and select, "Save Target As..." from the pop-up menu. Then you can save this file as you would any other file, using the dialogue box to point to the location on your computer where you want to save the file.

Then you can save this file as you would any other file, using the dialogue box to point to the location on your computer where you want to save the file.
The easiest place to save it is on the desktop, so it can be quickly located after saving it.
